Nicola Colosimo
With over 20 years in luxury hospitality, Nicola Colosimo has led high-volume restaurants and multi-site operations across the UK, Middle East, North Africa, and Asia.
He has launched award-winning concepts in London, Dubai, Bahrain, Riyadh, Doha, and Cairo, and partnered with Selfridges and luxury brands like Dior, Louboutin, Lacoste, Johnnie Walker, and Veuve Clicquot.
